Aero Testing
Field aerodynamic testing with the Aerosensor system. Real CdA numbers from real riding, repeatable to ±1.5% out and back on the road — measured on the roads you actually race on, not modelled.

Physiotherapy, bike fitting, aerodynamic testing and a metabolic lab — under one roof, run by one person. So the advice you get is joined up instead of guessed at.

Most clinics treat pain. Most shops sell fits. Most labs hand you a number. Doing all four means the answer actually fits your situation.

Before this clinic there was military service, strength and conditioning, sports science, and a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra. I'm an ESSA Accredited Sports Scientist, and I've worked with amateurs, elites and Olympians.
I've also had a heart transplant. That's why UpHill exists, and it's why I don't hand out generic programs. When someone tells you what your body can and can't do, it matters whether they've had to rebuild their own.
UpHill was never about the hill. It's about the battle — and the only one worth winning is against yesterday.

Above 30km/h, most of the power you make goes into moving air. It's the biggest variable in your performance — and the one almost nobody has actually measured.

Why comfort beats aero in a bike fit, what a VO2max number actually tells you, and how field aero testing measures your real CdA.
